TradeLane Properties announced a new, long-term lease at TLP Bridgeview Logistics Center, 7557 S. 78th Avenue in Bridgeview, Illinois. A leading e-commerce company will fully occupy the 254,425-square-foot industrial building, located on 20+ acres.
Jason West, SIOR and Sean Henrick, SIOR with Cushman & Wakefield helped to broker the transaction, as did Steve Connolly, SIOR, Larry Much, SIOR and Drew Bulson of NAI Hiffman.
TradeLane Properties acquired the building in October 2019 and has completed an extensive repositioning and modernization of the building including reconstructed truck courts, additional trailer storage, interior/exterior LED lighting, renovated office space, roof replacement, interior/exterior paint and dock equipment replacement.
