High Street Residential, a subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company, in conjunction with Carlson Real Estate Company will submit a concept plan to the City of Minnetonka, Minn., for luxury apartments in the Carlson Center, a piece of property located on a 12-acre island north of the Carlson Towers.
The complex is planned to stand five stories and include about 175 luxury apartment units.
Trammell Crow Company and Carlson will start the city review process in early 2014. Depending on the review and approval timing, the project could break ground in the spring or summer of 2014.
