Chicago-based Trammell Crow Company have promoted Jerry Ebert and Johnny Carlson to senior vice president within the firm’s Midwest business unit.
“Jerry and Johnny have established themselves as leaders within the Business Unit, as well as throughout the Chicago and Minneapolis real estate communities,” said Grady Hamilton, principal and head of Trammell Crow Company’s Midwest business unit, in a written statement. “Their knowledge of the Midwest real estate market and experience in their respective product types will continue to be a tremendous asset as we complete our current projects under development, start several others this summer, and seek new development deals to add to our pipeline.”
Ebert will continue to oversee the construction and design aspects of the company’s development and acquisition activity throughout the Midwest region, including overseeing the management of contractors, architects and engineers enlisted to design and build the firm’s projects.
Carlson, who has been with Trammell Crow Company since 2012, will continue to focus on the development and acquisition of office, industrial and multi-family developments throughout Chicago and Minneapolis.
