Transwestern Real Estate Services has brokered the sale of 1776 N. Water St. in Milwaukee.
The property was purchased for $450,000 by Community Roofing & Restoration.
Transwestern executive vice presdent John Dulmes and executive vice president Marianne Burish represented the seller in the transaction.
