Transwestern tapped to lease 70,000 SF of office space in luxury residential high-rise

Transwestern Real Estate Services has been selected by Onni Group to provide leasing services for 70,000 square feet of office space within THREE Old Town Park at 224 W. Hill Street in Chicago’s Near North Side submarket.

Transwestern executive vice president Eric Myers and senior vice president Kathleen Bertrand will provide leasing services on behalf of the owner.

The 41-story, luxury apartment building is the third and final phase of Old Town Park, a multi-phase redevelopment of the 1970s Atrium Village housing complex. The project, slated for completion in spring 2021, is within walking distance to the Clark/Division “L” station, as well as a variety of dining, shopping and entertainment options in the Wells Street corridor.

With dedicated office space on the fourth and fifth floors, THREE Old Town Park will give office tenants access to all residential amenities, including a fitness center, spa, bowling alley, lounge, game room and a pool deck. Additionally, there will be an exclusive entrance and parking for office tenants.
