Tucker Development has announced the signing of three new leases at its Country Club Plaza property. The new tenants, MetroPCS, Kenny’s Ribs and Chicken, and Cooking Canvas, will join the retails at Tucker’s landmark, 450,000-square-foot retail center in Country Club Hills, Illinois.
The three leases total approximately 4,900 square feet of retail space at the property. Tucker Development was represented in-house by director of leasing, Andrew White, on the three transactions.
Located at 4005 West 167th Street in suburban Cook County, Country Club Plaza is one of the foremost retail properties in the region. Ideally situated near Interstates 57, 80 and 294, the shopping center sees a significant amount of activity from passersby as well as the 220,000 residents that reside within a five-mile radius. Anchored by a Walmart Supercenter and an AMC Theater, the shopping center is also occupied by many national brands, including McDonald’s, Pizza Hut, Subway, GNC, Foot Locker and Payless Shoes.
- MetroPCS signed a five-year lease for approximately 1,100 square feet of space.
- Kenny’s Ribs and Chicken signed a 10-year lease for 2,800 square feet.
- Cooking Canvas signed a four-year lease for approximately 1,000 square feet
