CORFAC International announced the winners of the 2017 COR$TAR awards, recognizing firms and individuals with outstanding success in serving multi-market clients through network transactions. Two Chicago brokers—one from Podolsky Circle/CORFAC International and another from ProTen Group/CORFAC International—were among the honorees.
The awards were presented at the CORFAC International Spring Conference in Austin, Texas, on March 02, 2018. Awards recognized the largest member-to-member referral transactions in the office, industrial, retail and investment sectors for both volume and square footage as well as firms and individuals with the most referrals.
“Conducting business with best-in-class brokers in other markets is at the heart of what CORFAC International is all about,” said Andy Jaffe, president of CORFAC International. “As independent real estate brokerage firms, we can do a great job for clients in our own cities, and we can rely on our network colleagues to allow us to deliver top service anywhere in the world.”
