Two experienced real estate professionals have joined Kansas City’s Copaken Brooks in key roles.
Jodi Belpedio has been named vice president of acquisitions at Copaken Brooks. Belpedio has nearly two decades of real estate experience in the Kansas City area, most recently specializing in real estate investment, asset management, property management and leasing as principal at a Kansas City-area commercial real estate firm.
David Nickloy has joined the Copaken Brooks Tenant and Corporate Services Group, which helps companies with multiple facilities make real estate decisions across multiple markets.
Nickloy previously worked in business development for a large manufacturing and distribution company. He opened new facilities in Nevada and California and handled all aspects of expansion, including marketing, financial analysis, facilities openings and strategic planning.
