Leopard Boutique and Wasabi Sushi Bar have recently signed leases to join the mixed-use Streets of St. Charles development in St. Charles, Mo.
Cullinan Properties is the owner and developer of the development located at the Interstate-70 exchange.
Leopard Boutique is under construction. Its grand-opening celebration is scheduled for May 1. Wasab Sushi Bar is in the design phase. It will open this summer.
