U.S. Bank and Urban Land Interests recently closed on a $47 million refinancing for two downtown Madison, Wis., office buildings.
The refinancing will significantly reduce borrowing costs for ULI and enable the company to continue to reinvest cash-flow into the properties, located at 10 E. Doty and 33 E. Main at Block 89.
