UGL Services has represented Southern Prosthetic Supplies, Inc. (SPS), the largest distributor of orthotic and prosthetic devices in the world and a subsidiary of Hanger Orthopedic Group, in the 44,671-square-foot lease of 
warehouse space for its new Midwestern distribution canter at 386 Internationale Drive, Bolingbrook, Ill.
Daniel Rasmussen and Tim Cahill, both senior vice presidents at UGL, negotiated a long-term lease for SPS at the Class A, multi-tenant warehouse building. The facility, constructed in 2000, is located at the Crossing Business Center and is situated in the heart of the I-55 Industrial Corridor. UGL Services and SPS took advantage of a soft market to secure a below-market rental rate and turn-key build-out while providing future flexibility through additional lease concessions. Michael Dolan of ML Realty Partners represented the owner. SPS occupied the space in August.
