Upland Real Estate Group‘s net lease team of Deborah Vannelli, Keith Sturm and Amanda Leathers represented a 1031 buyer in its acquisition of the Sleep Number net lease property in Rochester, Minnesota.
The buyer spent $2.4 million to purchase the store.
Major retailers in the immediate area include Costco, Aldi, McDonald’s, Sherwin Williams and Associated Bank.
