Urban Innovations recently announced the signing of a new 17,000-square-foot lease at 322 W. Green St. in Chicago’s West Loop neighborhood to Elevate Energy (formerly CNT Energy).

Elevate Energy is a non-profit organization that assists users in accessing more efficient energy sources.

Urban Innovations’ Aaron Zaretsky is the exclusive leasing agent for the building, which is owned by Urban Innovations. Under UI’s ownership, the building’s occupancy has increased by 42 percent and is now fully leased.

The property was recently renovated to enhance its appeal to existing and prospective tenants.  Improvements include:  newly expanded restrooms, corridor and lobby upgrades, planned bicycle storage room and fully built-out office suites.  The building is also wired with fiber connectivity from multiple service providers. Elevate Energy was represented by William Donahue of Lichter Realty Inc.
