Urban Innovations negotiates six leases in Chicago’s River North office buildings

Urban Innovations is pleased to announce that the firm has recently signed several new leases and renewals in office buildings throughout the River North neighborhood. Six of the leases totaled 20,126 square feet and are outlined below.

The largest lease was a 6,100-square-foot relocation and expansion for Division-D, a digital media company at 445 N. Wells. This is the tenant’s third expansion within an Urban Innovations property–the business formerly occupied space at 325 W. Huron. Urban Innovations’ Aaron Zaretsky represented the building owner in the transaction. Jameson Commercial Real Estate’s Brent L. Burden represented the tenant.

Moment, LLC, a digital + design consulting company, expanded its lease at 444 N. Wells to 3,700 square feet. Zaretsky represented the landlord and Tina Crnkovich of Tenant Advisory Group represented the tenant in its move and expansion within the same building. 

New to the Urban Innovations portfolio is Great Lakes Billing Services, Inc. The medical billing company leased 2,925 square feet at 212 W. Superior, moving from 626 W. Jackson. Zaretsky represented Urban Innovations while Colliers International’s John Arends and Daniel Arends represented the tenant.

Zaretsky represented Urban Innovations in the new lease of 2,895 square feet at 444 N. Wells to Challenger Logistics International, Inc. The logistics and supply chain management company was represented by JLL’s Isabelle Montagne and Brian Means in its move from 311 W. Superior.

Architecture firm Aptus renewed its 2,394-square-foot lease at 325 W. Huron. The J. Rich Company’s Jason Schulz represented the tenant.

Also at 444 N. Wells, logistics firm Alpha 3 Logistics Inc. leased 2,112 square feet. Zaretsky represented Urban Innovations and CBRE’s Dan Persa represented the tenant.
