Urban Innovations completed interior buildout of the Fjällräven Chicago retail store at 1101 W. Fulton Market Ave. in the West Loop neighborhood.
The 6,420-square-foot retail and office space is a Chicago flagship location and official brand center for the Swedish outdoor clothing and equipment company.
The project commenced on September 2023 and was completed in December 2023. The location is the retailer’s second in the Chicago area and is located in the thriving shopping and entertainment district, a short walk from Halsted Street and the Morgan Green line CTA stop.
The architects for the interior are MAI Architects. The vice president of construction is Ramiro Trevino and the project manager is Amanda May. Fjallraven engaged AM-PS to provide project management services in executing their new location on time and within budget.
