Valore Ventures recently sold Evergreen Park Towne Center, located at 8730 S. Kedzie Avenue in Evergreen Park, Illinois. Marcus & Millichap’s Sean Sharko and Austin Weisenbeck, senior vice presidents, investments, represented Valore Ventures in the disposition. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
The 7,784-square-foot, multi-tenanted retail property is situated less than 10 miles from the Chicago central business district, within a larger shopping destination that has stand-alone Walgreen’s, Aldi and First American Bank buildings.
With multiple access points at the signalized corner of South Kedzie Avenue and W. 87th Street, Evergreen Park Towne Center is 100 percent leased to national and local tenants. Valore Ventures purchased it in 2017 when vacancy was 35 percent. The lot size is approximately .83 acres. There is a drive-through that adds value and flexibility to existing or future tenancy.
