Venta Airwasher, Inc. has completed a lease with MB Real Estate to relocate its United States Headquarters to 300 North Elizabeth Street in Chicago from northwest suburban Mount Prospect, Illinois.
Venta President Barbara Straubenger worked closely with MB Real Estate’s Assistant Vice President Craig McCaw to find a suitable location for the firm’s new North American Headquarters. After extensive analysis and a thorough market search, it was determined that the historical Fulton West Building provided the ideal location and environment for the international humidifier and air purifier manufacturer. Located in the rapidly developing neighborhood of downtown Chicago’s West Loop, the new space, owned and restored by Sterling Bay, is 10,473 square feet of well-lit, creative loft space.
“Venta Airwasher is eager to join the ranks of exciting companies like Uber and Google, who are also relocating to the meatpacking district in the West Loop,” said Straubenger of Venta Airwasher. “The expansion of the dining and entertainment scene in this area makes this the perfect location for welcoming international partners and guests, allowing us to show them some of the best Chicago has to offer.”
Venta Airwasher, founded in Germany in 1981, with a regional headquarters in the United States, has been the European leader of pure air quality for more than 30 years. The Original, the firm’s self-invented, high-end German engineered units, are made using 100% green energy. They are patented worldwide and distributed globally.
McCaw represented Venta Airwasher on behalf of MB Real Estate in the lease negotiations. Sterling Bay was self-represented by Chloe Reaumond.
