Venture One Real Estate—through its acquisition fund, VK Industrial V, LP, a partnership between Venture One and Kovitz Investment Group—has closed on the acquisition of a 100,562-square-foot industrial building located at 111 Washington Boulevard in Mundelein, Illinois.
The single-tenant building was 100 percent leased at acquisition. Constructed in 1973, the building features 18-foot clear height, 10 docks, one drive-in door and 5,000 amps of power. Marc Samuels of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller in the transaction.
