Venture One Real Estate through its acquisition fund, VK Industrial VI, LP, has closed on the acquisition of a 32,230-square-foot industrial building at 1053-1057 Shore Road in Naperville, Illinois.
The property was 50% leased to one tenant at the time of closing.
The masonry building was constructed in 1989 and sits on 1.63 acres of land. It features 18’ clear height, 2 docks, 2 drive-in doors and parking for 42 cars. Venture One’s planned make ready improvements include new spec office, energy efficient warehouse lights, and a new parking lot.
Ted Gates and Dylan Demaio of CBRE have been hired to market the property.
