Veteran attorney Kurt Schroeder joins the Belleville office of Greensfelder, Hemker & Gale, P.C.

Kurt Schroeder has joined the Belleville Ill. office of the St. Louis law firm Greensfelder, Hemker & Gale, P.C. where he will serve its real estate practice group.

For more than 30 years, Schroeder has represented national, regional and local clients including real estate developers, financial institutions, hospitals, school districts, railroads, corporations and individuals in real estate matters involving commercial, industrial, agricultural and residential properties.

Schroeder comes to Greensfelder from the Belleville law firm Mathis, Marifian & Richter, Ltd. His real estate law practice includes sales and acquisitions, tax deferred exchanges, leasing, real estate development, tax increment financing, zoning and land use, eminent domain, mineral rights, and real estate litigation. He also provides legal services in the areas of corporate law, trusts and estates, and business litigation.
