Veteran office broker Ann Schmelzle has joined Jones Lang LaSalle as a vice president in the company’s St. Louis office.
Schmelzle joins managing director Lynn Schenck and fellow brokers David Steinbach, David Biales and Matt Aljets on the St. Louis office brokerage team.
Schmelzle comes to Jones Lang LaSalle from Cresa St. Louis, and has more than 17 years experience in both tenant representation and landlord leasing. She has completed transactions totaling more than 5 million square feet worth more than $59 million.
