Craig McGowan has been named assistant vice president of acquisitions for the Detroit office of Village Green.
McGowan had previously served as Village Green’s director of acquisitions and underwriting.
Before joining Village Green, McGowan served as director of operations at RS&P Property Group in Illinois. He also spent nine years at Heitman, an Illinois-based real estate investment management firm.
