Vision Real Estate Investment broke ground March 28 on the Crossroads Business Center at 103 76th St. in Byron Township, Michigan. Vision expects the industrial building to be completed by October of 2018.
Located in Grand Rapids market, the Crossroads Business Center will offer a convenient location for companies looking for industrial or manufacturing near the highway or airport. The multi-tenant industrial building offers some office space; separated office and truck parking areas; safety features including an ESFR fire suppression system, 24-foot clear ceiling height, natural daylight in warehouse areas; and a minimum of one overhead door and one dock in each space. Lease space between 10,000 and 50,000 square feet is available.
Wolverine Building Group is the general contractor on the project. Colliers International|West Michigan will handle the building’s marketing and leasing. Vision Real Estate Investment will provide property management services.
