Vision Real Estate Investment broke ground April 17 on the Axis Business Center at 6030 Clyde Park Ave. in Byron, Michigan, in the Grand Rapids area. Vision Real Estate Investment expects the building, located near the highway intersection of M-6 and US-131, to be complete by September of 2019.

The multi-tenant industrial building offers highway visibility and suite sizes ranging from 11,700 square feet and up, separately metered utilities, separated office and truck parking areas, ESFR fire suppression system, 24-foot ceiling clear height and natural day light in warehouse areas.
Wolverine Building Group is the general contractor on the project. Vision Real Estate will handle the building’s marketing, leasing and property management services.
