The name of the highly-anticipated new Lakeshore East Development has officially been revealed. Magellan Development Group and The Wanda Group announced at EXPO CHICAGO that it will officially be named the Vista Residences.
It is expected for completion in 2020 and upon completion, the Vista Residences and Wanda Vista Hotel will become the third-tallest building in Chicago’s skyline.
The Vista Lounge installation at EXPO CHICAGO brings the building design to life. Visitors entering the show experience a forest of frustum towers. The setting allows visitors to relax, mingle and discover more about the design and luxurious lifestyle the Vista Residences development has to offer. The art community will also be among the first to view an exclusive video featuring Jeanne Gang that further explains the creative inspiration and process behind the building’s design.
The Vista Residences and Wanda Vista Hotel development is a joint venture between Magellan and the Wanda Group, a China-based commercial & luxury property developer, and is Wanda Group’s first of many planned American investments into five-star hotel projects across major U.S. cities.
