Jim Kemper, vice president of Lexington, Kentucky-based NAI Isaac Commercial Properties, recently marked 27 years at the brokerage. He joined NAI Isaac in March of 1991.
Kemper specializes in the sales and leasing of retail and office properties and tenant representation. Throughout his career with NAI Isaac, Kemper has assisted local, regional and national tenants with site selection, evaluation and lease negotiation for multiple locations throughout Kentucky.
Kemper is a member of NAI and has been inducted into NAI’s Gold Club multiple times. The Gold Club is made up of members who initiated and completed transactions of at least $1 million.
Kemper is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Kentucky Board of Realtors and NAI’s Retail Council.
