Thomas Jacobs, vice president of transaction services with Terrus Real Estate Group in Des Moines, Iowa, is the new president of the Iowa Commercial Real Estate Association.
Jacobs held the position of vice president of the association in 2013 and served as co-chairman of the 2013 Iowa Commercial Real Estate Expo.
