W.E. O’Neil hires eight in Chicago office

W.E. O’Neil Construction welcomed eight new employees to its Chicago office this summer as the firm continues to grow.

The new hires include Meg Berger, project engineer; Nick Dillon, project engineer; Ryan Gausselin, project engineer; Tom Kerrigan, superintendent; Patrick O’Connor, project engineer; John Orduña, office manager; Steve Rogers, senior project manager and Jim Thornton, senior superintendent.

“We’ve brought some of the best in the industry onto our team,” said John Russell, president of W.E. O’Neil’s Chicago office. “Each brings unique experiences and perspectives, and we’re excited for them to make a positive impact on the company and with our clients.”

The hires come as several large projects for the firm are set to break ground in the near future, including the Oak Brook Commons residential project and the Hawthorne Race Course and Casino project.
