Wade Rodgers will return to Lincoln Property Company’s Midwest regional office on June 4 as vice president of property management, according to John Grissim, the firm’s senior executive vice president. Rogers had previously worked for Lincoln for over eight years in various roles including his last assignment as general manager at 200 West Adams. Most recently, Rodgers served as a general manager with another major Chicago-based real estate services firm.
“Wade is a veteran commercial real estate professional with an outstanding record and we’re delighted to have him back,” said Grissim. “He will be responsible for working with our property management team and clients on our office, industrial and retail portfolios. He will also focus on increasing Lincoln Property Company’s Midwest presence and create opportunities by maintaining excellent owner/investor, broker and tenant relationships.”
Rodgers holds a master’s degree in accountancy and a bachelor’s in administration from Loyola University Chicago. In 2010 he was BOMA’s Emerging Leader of the Year. Wade serves as a member and committee chair with BOMA/Chicago and is also a board member of the Chicago Real Estate Network.
