Walker & Dunlop recently structured an $80 million non-recourse loan for 833 East Michigan, a 359,000-square-foot LEED Silver-certified office building in the central business district of Milwaukee.
Proceeds of the loan provided by PGIM Real Estate Finance were used to refinance the property’s existing construction debt.
Opened in 2016, 833 East Michigan stands 17 stories tall, and is one of the newest additions to Milwaukee’s skyline.
Led by Wisconsin-based Jim Cope and Andrew Schoene, Walker & Dunlop’s team structured the three-year, interest-only loan for repeat client Irgens.
