Walker & Dunlop has hired David Wilkins as managing director and Charlie Krisfalusi as vice president in its FHA Finance group. The team will bring Walker & Dunlop to the Detroit market.
Wilkins and Krisfalusi are responsible for originating multifamily loans, with a focus on the Midwest region.
The two have nearly four decades of combined experience in the commercial real estate industry. Before joining Walker & Dunlop, Wilkins and Krisfalusi originated multifamily loans at Pillar Financial. Wilkins was previously the principal of GTC Finance, Inc., a loan brokerage firm that he founded in 1995.
