Walker & Dunlop celebrated an improved year in 2011. According to a press release from the company, Walker & Dunlop recorded a loan origination volume of $4 billion during the year, with many of those dollars going to fund projects in the Midwest.
That’s an increase of 27 percent from the loan origination volume that Walker & Dunlop recorded in 2010.
Walker & Dunlop ended the year with a loan servicing portfolio of $16.8 billion. This portfolio contained more than 1,800 loans.
