Smart Warehousing is expanding its facility at Logistics Park Kansas City by 220,000 square feet. This will bring Smart Warehousing’s total footprint to nearly 575,000 square feet at the logistics park, part of a master-planned distribution and warehouse development in Edgerton, Kansas.
Smart Warehousing signed its initial long-term lease to occupy more than 354,000 square feet at the park in early 2014.
Pat McGannon with Kessinger Hunter represented Smart Warehousing in the transaction. NorthPoint, the owner of the logistics park, was represented by Kevin Wilkerson and Phil Algrim of JLL.
