NAI Hiffman has represented Travelers Insurance in recently expanding Waste Management’s lease by 40,030 square feet of office space at Butterfield Centre in Lombard. The lease expansion is a Waste Management group that is relocating from 1431 Opus Place in Downers Grove. The space is part of a 145,814-square-foot building located at 700 E. Butterfield Road. Property amenities include immediate I-88 access, newly renovated common areas, a conference center with auditorium, an on-site deli, covered parking and close proximity to Yorktown Mall and Oak Brook Center’s stores and restaurants.
