Watermark Residential has begun construction of Watermark at Jordan Creek, an upscale multi-family community in West Des Moines, Iowa.
Thompson Thrift Construction of Terre Haute, Ind., is the project’s general contractor.
The community will include 176 Class-A apartment homes in four four-story wood-frame buildings that employ the e-Urban design. The community also will feature some parking in detached garages.
Other amenities include a resort-style pool and a large club room.
Watermark at Jordan Creek is to be completed in 2015.
