Houston based Gordon Partners has completed the expansion of Waterpoint Center on Lake Conroe, bringing online an additional 35,000 square feet of waterfront office, retail and restaurant space to the 140,000-square-foot mixed use development. Opening soon will be Akashi Asian Bistro, Crust Pizza Co., Boardwalk Boutique, The Paleta Bar, Hunger Crush Café, and Bar Lago Craft Cocktails. The company will break ground on an additional 10,000 SF of office & medical space with delivery scheduled for Q1 2022.
