Waterton adds new VP for capital programs for senior housing development

Waterton, a national real estate investor and operator, today announced the hiring of industry veteran Aaron Sheppard as vice president of capital programs, overseeing construction execution and development for Pathway to Living, the seniors housing arm of the Chicago-based firm.

Mr. Sheppard will be responsible for the oversight of the capital program teams for all Pathway to Living renovation projects and serve as a resource for regional managers, asset managers, and senior operations management teams.

A veteran of the operations management industry, Mr. Sheppard has extensive experience in facilities management, building construction, corporate real estate and security. Prior to joining Waterton, he was IFM account director at Cushman & Wakefield and previously served as director of operations at Ascension Senior Living.
