Waterton, a national real estate investor and operator, announced the hiring of Hilary Hudson Hosek as senior vice president of human resources. She will be based in Chicago.
Bringing over two decades of human resources leadership and talent development experience to Waterton, Hudson Hosek will be responsible for leading the company’s strategic human resources initiatives across all locations. She will focus on driving talent development, enhancing employee engagement, and promoting an inclusive workplace culture. Husdon Hosek previously held the role of vice president of human resources & talent development at the Illinois Institute of Technology, where she led a variety of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives. Her experience also includes serving as SVP and chief HR officer at GGP, and as sr. director, head of human resources for The Americas at Heidrick & Struggles, where she led people functions across 20 offices.
Hudson Hosek holds a Master of Science in human resources from Loyola University Chicago. She has been an active member of, and thought leader for, professional organizations in the human resources space and has served on various educational and HR advisory boards, underscoring her commitment to excellence and leadership in the field.
