Westwood Financial Corp., a national owner-operator of shopping centers, recently purchased the 58,000-square-foot East Pointe Marketplace in downtown Milwaukee.
The center, located at the corner of East Lyon Street and North Van Buren Street, is anchored by a Pick ‘n Save Grocery store owned by Roundy’s, one of the most successful grocery store operators in the Milwaukee area.
Westwood Financial Corp. closed the transaction from start to finish in 28 days.
