Stephanie Wiens has joined Wichita, Kansas-based NAI Martens as a commercial advisor.
Wiens has been working in the commercial real estate and financial services industries for more than a decade. As vice president of investor relations, Wiens directed the megers and acquisitions team and led physician investments in Kansas and Colorado for skilled-nursing facilities, assisted living and geri-psych hospitals.
Wiens’ background also includes sales and leasing experience. She helped maintain high occupancies in a portfolio of existing office and retail properties and facilitated ground-up development from design to lease-up.
In 2020, Wiens was honored in the Wichita Business Journal’s Women Who Lead in Commercial Real Estate edition. She was a “40 under 40” honoree in the Business Journal in 2013 and was selected for the Wichita Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Wichita program that same year.
