Wight & Company has recently adopted a unique “Design & Delivery” approach, which seamlessly integrates in-house expertise in visualization technology, documentation and implementation early in the traditional design process. “The vice president/project executive role is core to Wight & Company’s new model of Design & Delivery,” explained Mark Wight, Chairman and CEO of Wight & Company. “Jason, Jim and Leanne are the people who will function as the senior members of our project teams from concept through construction, creating continuity throughout the process and ensuring an outstanding client experience. With their leadership, design intent is more clearly understood by the construction team, which increases efficiency and reduces overall cost. The time and money saved through this process innovation is then reinvested into our ongoing efforts to produce world-class design.”
