Windy City RE purchased a fully occupied 8-unit building located in Chicago’s Logan Square located at 2823-2827 N. Central Park Ave. Windy City RE closed the transaction on December 16th, 2014 with a purchase price of 747,500.
The previous owners were Josefina Bustamante and Dennis Kellog.
