Wisconsin’s Pfefferle Companies now part of NAI Global

Pfefferle Companies based in Appleton, Wisconsin, has become part of NAI Global, a global commercial brokerage firm with more than 400 offices.

The brokerage division of the company is now doing business as NAI Pfefferle.

John Pfefferle is the chief executive officer of NAI Pfefferle. Mike Pfefferle is is the president of the company.

NAI Pfefferle also has offices in Green Bay and Wausau, Wisconsin. The firm’s 20 advisors and brokers specialize in office, industrial and retail leasing, investment sales and land sales. NAI Pfefferle currently has more than 500 for-lease and for-sale buildings.

Pfefferle Management will continue to operate under its own brand, and is one of the largest privately held management companies in Wisconsin with more than 13 million square feet of commercial property under management throughout the Midwest.
