Rosedale Center, a 1,142,972-square-foot shopping center in Roseville, Minnesota, in the Twin Cities market, has signed a lease with Woodhouse Spa, becoming Roseville’s only upscale spa.
The luxury brand will occupy a space on Rosedale Center’s outdoor plaza near popular restaurant Baldamar. The opening of Woodhouse Spa is slated for July 2024.
Founded in 2001, Woodhouse Spa is a leading, luxury concept centered upon health, wellness, and self-care. With more than 80 spas across the country, it provides each guest with a tranquil, transformational environment that’s both memorable and healthful. The Rosedale Woodhouse Spa is owned and operated by Amy Adams, a long-time resident of the Twin Cities.
The addition of Woodhouse Spa comes after several new tenant additions to Rosedale Center including Lululemon, Anthropologie, Warby Parker, Hollister and Shake Shack, and the recently announced future addition of DICK’S Sporting Goods. DICK’S is scheduled to open in October 2024.
Holly Rome, JLL Executive Vice President of National Retail Leasing, and Lane Walsh, JLL Vice President of National Retail Leasing lead the leasing effort at Rosedale Center and secured the lease with Woodhouse Spa.
