Eric Renner, vice president of brokerage at World Group Commercial Real Estate, has brokered the sale of two commercial buildings in northwest Omaha totaling more than $6 million in transaction volume.
The first building was Stonegate Plaza, a 14,000-square-foot retail center at 3131 N. 120th St. in Omaha. The $2.1 million transaction closed April 30. Tenants include Sherwin Williams, Sticks and Kicks, a State Farm Insurance agent and Seven Salon. The building is 100-percent leased.
Known as the West Grayhawk Center, the second building sold for $4.2 million and closed on May 9. Located at 3506 N. 147th St., the 30,000-square-foot two-story building is home to CBSHOME, Omaha’s first Tide Dry Cleaners and several other retail tenants.
