WS Development has formed a joint venture with Laham Development to guide the future of Wichita, Kansas, retail center Bradley Fair.
Built in 1990, Bradley Fair features more than 50 stores and restaurants, including Barnes & Noble, Sephora, Pottery Barn, Gap and, soon, Trader Joe’s. The site also features walking paths, gardens, a central lake and a variety of events throughout the year.
WS Development is a mixed-use developer based in Massachusetts. The developer said it was attracted to Bradley Fair because it wants to own the best assets in growing markets. WS and Laham plan to bring new retail and restaurant concepts to Bradley Fair.
