A new Culver’s restaurant will soon open in Fort Wayne, Ind., with the help of brokers with The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.
Gold Coast Development Corp. recently bought the former Cosmos restaurant in Fort Wayne, and plans to turn it into a Culver’s.
Brian Bean and Brent Overholt of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International represented the seller, G.E.S. LLC.
