Zilber Property Group purchased a 70-acre plot of land in Kenosha, Wisconsin, and has plans to turn it into a corporate park.
The land is located at 128th Avenue and Burlington Road on the west side of Interstate-94. Zilber is proposing a corporate park that will be named Kenosha Corporate Park.
Zilber plans to divide the land into two lots. The first parcel would be home to a 524,000-square-foot spec industrial building. The second lot will be reserved for a different industrial use in the future.
