Plan B, Inc., a commercial sweeping and cleaning company, recently signed a lease for a new headquarters facility in Independence, Mo.
The company, which also services the Topeka, Kan., area as well as the Kansas City metropolitan area, will be leasing a 9,600-square-foot building on two acres in Independence. Plan B will bring 14 full-time employees to the new location.
Kansas City-based Zimmer Real Estate Services‘ John Hassler represented the 12-year-old company in lease negotiations, while Block Real Estate Services represented the landlord.
