Zimmer Real Estate Services helped KC Store Fixtures rent 70,000 square feet in a 220,000-square-foot industrial building for a short-term lease to fulfill a seasonal requirement at 5244 Winner in Kansas City, Mo.
KC Store has leased space in Mid-Town Park on a seasonal basis for several years.
Victor Cascio, vice president of sales and leasing with Zimmer Real Estate Services represented the tenant. Mark Long, senior vice president and principal, and John Hassler, associate, with Zimmer represented the landlord.
